Moorhead by a mile.

People were frustrated by 2018 because of what could have been, but that was an 8-4 (4-4) team that was ranked in 11 of 12 games. They blew out Kansas State 31-10 and beat Ole Miss 35-3.

Through the first 11 games of 2019, we were 5-6 but ended up beating Ole Miss.

People were pissed because they thought we should have been 10-2 or better in '18 and 8-4 or better in '19. Would much rather be bitching about an 8-4 team that should be 10-2 than what we are doing now.

I said Moorhead. He squandered a pretty talented team, but at least he won more games. Lebby inherited a dumpster filled with crap and set on fire, and while he hasn't really done much, his support has been fairly meh. The students bought in, but alumni has not.

It was starting to become a well known deal that Moorhead was going to be out after the Egg bowl in 2019. Lot of smoke around that ordeal and fan angst and they were even not including him in pregame hype videos leading up to the Egg Bowl. His comments after that game pretty much made that true.

They both suck. They both are con man offensive gurus, that our stupid people people bought and didn’t know how to vet. Lebby sucks worse because he is nothing but a gimmick. I picked morehead even though he sucked and wasted the greatest defense we’ve ever had possibly. But I’m sure Lebby has more support because we have a lot more dumbass fans now a days that are fooled and jack off after every completed deep ball thrown, and couldn’t find a real football in a field of dildos.

I think two weeks ago I would’ve said Lebby but we seem to be regressing and at the very least Moorhead was winning a few big home games. Not outrageously big but Auburn and A&M in 18 and Kentucky in 19 were all solid wins.

Its Moorhead but it has nothing to do with the two coaches. The gap is the belief that there was a CFB landscape that would could compete in. I dont believe that we have that anymore....

Moorhead was a dead zone. At least Lebby is trying, but he saddled himself with a disastrous DC. He needs to jettison Huntzler and keep working at it. I would be happier if he hired a OC and concentrated on being a head coach.

Except he wasn’t fired until after the bowl game.

The facts are that if the Shrader-Gay incident doesn’t happen, he’s still our coach in 2020.
