A.L. Brown Had a scrimmage game tonight against South Rowan at home. We have one of the biggest teams we’ve had in years almost 60 players on JV and 43 players on varsity. Also I was shocked at the crowd there. The Wonders had more fans there than 70% of the teams we play have at varsity games.
its south.. i'd judge more friday against west rowan.
I heard this could be Kannapolis best team in a while talent wise, Only time will tell but I think ALB will be better than last yr and looks like everything is going well and looking good for wonder nation so far
i'm not sure i agree at all with your first sentence, finishing last in the conference last year, there's only one direction they can go, but losing 20-21 seniors (most at key positions LB,WR,RB,Oline and Dline,Kicker) and a jv team coming up that finished 2-7 last year is placing alot on your comment, they have a good amount of size and speed and good players at spots no question, but 7 on 7's and scrims don't really mean much, they will win there share of games for sure just because of the schedule they have each year, but i see a 4th or 5th place conference finish ahead. Mooresville has all the size and speed to win against kann on the field, but kann coaching will win the games
Bluedevil 1996 what’s the numbers for Mooresville. I think I read they had around 153 or so. Which I’m sure that includes JV as well as Varsity players. Sounds like Mooresville will be loaded with larger number of players.
I was told at scrimmage last night 150 players. Arrived on 4 charter buses. Even as impressive as Mooresville numbers, West Forsyth had about 130 players.
Jacks, the kicker I think he will be a Senior this this year. The WR position will be ok with Chambers back and the transfer in. I don’t no about the rest of the positions.
Anyone going to the scrimmage jamboree at South Rowan. I want be there for it but if anyone does go I like to know how the AL Brown n West Rowan scrimmage game went. They play each other at 8 pm.
Wow! I know it was a scrimmage but that Wonders team is totally different this year. They beat West 24-0. We scored on every time we had the ball and West never crossed the 50.

We had 7 key transfer that will make a impact on the year. We also have a 6’4 220 RB that sat out last year that’s playing this year. He had all three TDs tonight.
I was impressed with the wonders. I know it was a scrimmage the offense rotated the starters and reserved every other position. The defense looked good. I think this maybe a different wonders team this year.
Wow me and wonder07 must have seen the same game. Brown got their big running back back this year.
