That's great to hear. They've been getting manhandled at the LOS the past 4 years. Lifting is a very important part of the game. It separates' the boys from the men...

I wonder if Seth will come back and help with weights, he always had those boys pumping it hard.

That's not true lol...I played sports when Gaster, Morris, Seth, Atkins, etc was there, and the only ones I remember that had us pumping iron was Gaster, Atkins, Morris (full body workouts in his class). Seth was nowhere around.

That's good that Mason is working with those young men. All they need is a little motivation and someone to install the "Bulldog Pride" back in them. And back to thrashing we will go! lol.
