That would be like when Charlie Strong left Louisville for Texas. He had a good thing at Louisville and had them headed in the same direction they are now with a strong recruiting pipeline and a good fit and decent college playoff chances.
I see the same parallel here. RC is such a volatile environment, and like Texas, victims of their own past success...IMHO. Unhealthy stress levels as the job already comes with it's on built in stressors.

Dude, there are noteworthy news bits swirling around nearly every high school in Charlotte right now. This isn't a one horse county like Scotland is, so if you expect anyone at all to comment on anything you're saying, then you need to be about 1,000 times less vague and cryptic than everything you've posted so far. You hear something in Laurenburg, then you know what school it applies to. You hear something in Charlotte...well, that could be any one of about 30 schools.
If you narrowed it down to one particular school, then maybe we could guess at it from there. Or maybe even one conference. In fact, doing just about anything other than what you're currently doing will get more response than what you've dredged up to date.
Its more Aunt Bea at the nail salon stuff. Its been my experience that guys who jump on message boards with the I know something you dont know stuff typically have no idea what they are talking about. If he is alluding to a Mallard Creek - Scotland matchup I can tell you right from the people who actually make the schedule that either before Xmas or slightly after that the MC schedule was finished and Scotland was not on it. Now....as everyone knows HS schedules are fluid and change is always a possibility. I would love to see Scotland and Zamir in Charlotte as I think it would be great exposure for both programs.
Im always happy to post information when I know it if the school is comfortable with me posting but am far from " in the know" . Nepsy is much closer to the program than I am. He has been quiet so its possible things have changed.
As a reminder, at one point last year MC was playing IMG, Grayson and Dematha. So like I said things change quickly.

The Creek will be playing Dorman, SC the 1st game of the season. Scotland should be more concern with getting rid of being regonized as the All Hpye potential State Champs every year. Falling short to a different team every year. The Creek will try and rebound.
Dorman is a perfect matchup this season. Should be a great game.

That's were you wrong Popeye!!! The game was in the works, but we would've had 4 non-conference games on the road. Remember, we have 2 new teams in the conference this year(71st and Britt) and I'm guessing that they couldn't get Hillside or West Meck to switch home games. You know Marlboro is definitely not giving up their home game. 4 straight OOC games on the road would be rough for anybody to start the season.
