Meh....it's nothing really new. They could only win two games and their season would be considered a huge success if they beat State. It's just how obsessed they are with MSU.

Never seen a fan base so obsessed with beating one school. Whats going to happen if they beat a 9 win team? Will they try and fly the confederate flag outside the capitOl?

Most I've ever seen are blue...but these fellas actually found a maroon tarp to post their message on. It is a much more pleasant color to the eyes. Bless their little hearts.
I'm also reminded of the "Welcome Back to Snobville, Egg Bowl Trophy" article that was posted in the Oxford Eagle a few days after the game. You know the one: "we have better things to do than relish a victory over State, we're the flagship, we're moving on, nothing to see here, flog-flog-flog." Yet...nobody is moving on. That whole school is a delusion. I am starting to buy the argument that Ole Miss is not a school, it's an attitude.
They make me so happy to be a State fan.
