Pretty sure Stanley Jackson called a "big" Hog victory on BTN, the other day, and the other guys looked at him like he were crazy.

LSU padded the stats against lesser teams but that ended last week and this week again when they started playing teams with a pulse.

I'm happy for Southern.

Thank you VERY much!

It was an awesome win AT LSU at NIGHT which is so damn hard to win at!

I loved that the LSU FANS abandoned the stadium in the 4th quarter as my Hogs were beating the hell out of them!

We are now Now bowl eligible and honestly, we look pretty damn good at this point!

Our QB, Brandon Allen has 2 good games under his belt. I like where we are and where we are headed!

I told you earlier this season that I still thought Bielema was a solid coach despite his early troubles and big mouth. I'd still think that even if he'd lost. Same for Strong who is still struggling at Texas.

Congrats on the win. I'm sure you're feeling much better these days.

That opinion is still up in the air at this point!
I am happy with the win tonight though for sure!

How did Toledo beat you?

We now have threats at the WR position as well. Earlier this year we were decimated by injuries at RB and WR. Finally, our remaining WR's have developed and matured to the point that now one of them, Drew Morgan, is on the Biletnekoff(?) watch list.

AND, our QB, Brandon Allen, is finally playing like the QB the coaches said he was. I maligned the SOB all year but the last 2 games I wouldn't trade him for anyone. I didn't think BA was a Div-1 QB at all, but the last 2 games he has shown poise and patience and talent. I take back my words against him but wish he would have shown up earlier in the year!

Indeed, on the road at Death Valley especially at night is never an easy proposition. Good job Hogs, WPS.

Very happy for your win... especially since I do business with a lot of NOLA people who talk crap, the win was extra sweet. My son watched rest of the game with his Ark shirt on since his beloved RU disappointed him again. Still hoping for future home-&-home games.

It amazes me how fortunes can shift so quickly. I have watched the last two Razorback games start to finish and they look tremendous. Meanwhile, back in Piscataway . . . . . Hard to believe we beat Arkansas not too long ago. I'm happy for Southern, and fervently wish we could turn things around as fast as the Razorbacks did. I'm not getting any younger.

Me too! Wouldn't that be a helluva lot of fun?

OMG! You HAVE to now watch the last 2 Razorback games as well as the bowl game! Start to finish!

I KNEW that there was some good Karma being pumped our way and obviously, YOU are the source!

Thanks!

Southern, no guarantees on the good Karma thing, but I promise to watch all the remaining Razorback games. I had planned to anyway, as they are the only one of my teams that looks like a real football team right now. They are really fun to watch. And although the jury is still out on your coach, he is entertaining as heck. The "I can't wait to hop on the wife" Freudian slip was hilarious. But what's with her and the AD? She couldn't have been sitting any further away from him up in that suite. And she did not look like a happy camper. Is there bad blood there? Is she pissed off at "Bert?" Inquiring minds want to know!

She is very happy every payday. Actually I have heard that she really likes Arkansas.

As for Jeff Long, he was working. He has a lot on his plate this time of year. I doubt if Jen Bielima and Jeff have much to talk about anyway.

Robb Smith is: (1) fairly young; (2) dynamic; (3) familiar with Rutgers and NJ recruiting; (4) a great defensive mind, which is valued in the Big 10; and (5) likely not to command a king's ransom in salary for a HC position.

Am I missing something here?

SG,

Congrats on the great win! Arkansas really looked good last night.

Was Brandon Allen the Arkansas when you guys came up here in 2013? Who are your remaining games against?

Thanks!

Just noticed that was my 7000th post!

Tyler Wilson was the QB back then.

Yes you are! He has a damn good job right now that pays him over $1 million per right now. But if he becomes the HC of the Scarlet Knights, I would be ok with it.

I (very sadly) just left Little Rock after spending two years there for work. I'd go back in a heartbeat. My Razorback friends are very appreciative Rutgers was too cheap to sign him as our DC.

Thanks for the heads up. It just looked so strange. Glad to hear Jen likes Arkansas. Cause as we know, if mama ain't happy, nobody's happy. And we want coach and his family happy. Go Hogs!
