2024-2025 (if mag is gone as rumored and cliff doesn’t come back for a 5th year )

Seniors - none
Juniors -Simpson /wolfolk/Chol
Soph -Griffths/Davis
Plus class of 2024

We really could use 2 portal kids for this year that have 2 years of eligibility to replace mag and Reiber who , personally , I would like to have seen around (and I know that they are transfering because they want to play …understandable )

Given how much things changed this offseason, why would you look 2 seasons ahead and expect nobody leaving or transferring in?
The roster isn't even set for this fall. We're looking at 2-3 more portal guys, Cliff might not be back, Paul might not be back. Ace might reclassify to 2023.

Agree I don’t see it happening but I’ve seen this scenario play out in the past with McGovern from Bergen Catholic staying an extra year at UNC and adding stability to that team. That was a 4 in 5 year scenario and not a 5 in 6 year. BTW, he came off the bench that 5th year.

Yeah obviously lol but I was just curious if that was actually even a possibility under the rules.

And bring in high level transfers
The right mix of transfers, one/two and dones and homegrown guys is the key

Not sure 25 should automatically be included here. We’ll have to see but right now seems more fair to focus on 24 given potential player movement after that season.

I have not figured out where the Mag rumor is coming from other than we are waiting for some shoe to drop.
I've read a bunch but not everything. Is there more underlying this?

Maybe the Athletic Department didn't see the "reports" of bad news on the horizon from the insiders here?
Would they congratulate Mag if he was in the process of transferring out?

Maybe it was a last ditch effort to get em to reconsider
