That's neither true, nor fair. These seniors had a limited number of chances to play this season to begin with, and losing two more of them hurts even more. These kids are playing for the love of the game, not a win/loss percentage. If that were the case, teams like Madison would never bother fielding a team. As a matter of fact, perennial bad teams are the epitome of high school football. The boys put in the effort every week, same as everyone else, they go out and get drummed, but dont quit. They come back out after halftime and still give it their all, because they love playing the sport. They probably didn’t want to play heritage lol
Yeah, I know you were. But the players still read these boards.Dude I was joking. But thanks Karen
Well I keep forgetting your of the generation that gets offended easily. I’ll bring you a lollipop and estrogenYeah, I know you were. But the players still read these boards.
You have no clue who I am, or how old I am. You just need to quit being a jackass. Regardless of age there boomer...Well I keep forgetting your of the generation that gets offended easily. I’ll bring you a lollipop and estrogen

Back before social media punks got their feelings hurt we had rivals and anything you can get on them you use. And sports isn’t about the teams that get their buts kicked as you said in previous posts. It’s about teams that work hard and overachieve. The only thing losing does is breed more losing. Our team this year will be good because the kids work hard and trust coach pitman. The kids at Madison could do that too. I remember Avery sending us black roses before a game. I guess we should have let it crush our spirits, but instead we laid a butt kicking on em and left the flowers on their grave, but your generation gets in the fetal position and uses your words. Congratulations
All joking aside you’re right it is sad. Only got one person to thank for the handling of this. Roy cooperBack in my day we walked to school, up hill, both ways.
Your opinion is irrelevant. This is about Avery seniors having their already final and shortened season even more damaged. If you think sensationalizing that aspect is soft, you’re an idiot.

Considering the game you were likely watching, that’s not very smart.I watched a game this weekend and at one point I counted seven offensive and six defensive players on the field hitting, tackling and blocking each other with no mask on. Hope they do not get a positive test or had an exposure. Most of them stood on the sidelines unmasked as well and nothing was said or done about it. Just hope neither gets an exposure or positive from it. The referees and fans were masked up.
