A totally unscientific estimation as of right now:

42.5% Dayton
42.5% Bye
15% Out

@bac2therac question for you. When you’re slotting in teams on seed lines, are you factoring the @OSU game and the report that the selection committee will consider that in any way? Or are you not factoring that in at all?

until people realize the only thing putting us on that 11 line instead of higher is the Q3 losses. We have no way of knowing just exactly how the committee with balance those losses with great wins but history shows seeding gets dinged
First Four or out. Rutgers is still Rutgers and never gets the benefit of the doubt.

not much...at least for me I still have RU as the top 11 seed so not in Dayton, not sure I would be willing to move RU to a 10 but I will consider after a full scrub. Providence doesnt exactly wow me

until some other clarification comes out about that loss, disappointed that the NJ media has decided to not pursue questioning

I know that is back of the envelope....
We are in the clubhouse so those 3 scenarios have at least a 6 spot range.

I suppose youare that concerned about the unpredicitability of selection committee thinking in 2023.

Bracket Matrix updated. Rutgers on 93/102 ballots... third-to-last team in. *IF* Clemson, Vanderbilt, and Oregon lose today I think we are 98% locked in, even allowing for a CUSA or AAC bid theft.

He is downright odd. In what world is Michigan in over RU?
none, but Rutgers is a full negative 1 game wins above bubble.

If GRF was the selection committee Rutgers would not be in the tournament given the 19-14 record matched up against their schedule.

That's your top criteria? Have you compared it to the rest of the bubble?

Does this factor we are statistically one of the unluckiest in all of 300+ teams in CBB

I'd have thought a GRF selection committee would consist of simply looking at box scores

Why doesn’t this match your bracketology?

Didn’t you post above that you have rutgers as an 11th seeded bye? If you think it’s more likely Dayton why doesn’t that reflect in your bracketology?
Because his bracket is in the moment, his percentages are a projection.

Bauertology has Rutgers as the top seed in Dayton. Does not include today's games but I don't think we'd swap with Miss State even though they got wrecked and we fought hard.

I could see Providence actually drop in first four...3 wins all at home..yes all upper level Q1 but really crappy otherwise.

Utah State would seem the perfect school for first four since they have a lack of quality wins, i sense the bracketologists love their metrics
