See more conspiracy theories below than Oliver Stone ever dreamed up, questions of your own program which we all tend to ask of whatever team we pull for from time to time, and a bunch of baiting attempts I wouldn't touch with a stolen dick.

Yeah, missed y'all too. Like the plague.

That said, I do have two questions of curiosity for both sides of the ledger. With our seasons played out:

1. If you had it all over to do again, which would you prefer? 6-6 regular season with an Egg Bowl win and a legit shot at 9-3 with a few more lucky bounces followed by a Compass Bowl win, or 7-0 start with three skull17ings and a loss to your archrival, albeit, a few more breaks in the first half and could've - but didn't - finish 9-3, followed by a Gator Bowl loss?

2. Take the schools, mascots and coaches away. From a season and personnel standpoint, which group appears - roughly a month from signing day - to be in better shape heading into the 2013 season?

Cheers (speaking of which, where the hell is Teed? Haven't seen him on the new board)

1. 8-5 with Gator Bowl. That's all that will be remembered.

2. MSU. Better depth, better recruiting class, new football complex, new stadium renovation, chip on our shoulder, less **** fans. The newness of Freeze will wear off.

3. Can't wait for your next vacation. Wish it could be permanent.

Hey there shadow. How you been? I'll give you a bright, shiny nickel if you can actually resist the urge to respond to one of my posts with a baiting attempt just once. And no Warren, I haven't seen your 17ing baseball.

So your asking if we would rather have won LESS games and froze our *** off in a day trip to Birmingham to play a garbage team or have won MORE and spent New Years in Florida playing a ranked one? Why oh why did Florida accept that sugar bowl invite when they could have waited to accept an Outback bid and won?

Have you really convinced yourselves that you have had a better season based on moral victories?

And don't even start with "schedule". I still haven't gotten an answer from you UM schedule hawks on the last SEC west team to schedule 2 Div 1-AA teams in a season and happily accept a good bowl bid. One of your own from Nafoom has even been over here saying both teams need to "schedule smart" to keep up success.

And to point it out again, going into 2013 we have brand new facilities being finished and stadium renovations well under way and also a very good class taking off remaining redshirts.

Not saying we had a better season. I was referring moreso to the way our seasons progressed. We seemed to get better as the season progressed, and finished with wins in the Egg Bowl and bowl game. Yes, there were some moral victories along the way. Yeah? And? So? What? Hell, we went 2-10 last year and a year later, were an inch from beating Johnny Footnall, a bad spot from beating Vandy, gave LSU all it wanted at its place, then still got back up for y'all.

As for schedules, at 8-5 with a Gator appearance, y'all were easily our best win. No doubt. Looking back over your season, your best win was against, I guess, MTSU? All four BCS teams you beat missed bowls and fired their coaches.

I'm going to refrain from the recruiting discussion until signing day has actually passed. We appear to have a really nice class shaping up as well, but nothing's official till the ink is dry. Pretty excited about the IPF and stadium expansions we're working on as well, in addition to the new basketball arena.

That's not what you asked. You asked "which would you prefer". Any answer than MSU's season is a joke. You know it is a joke and that is why you are now wanting to change the question

Are you getting real grass on your football field yet? You can make all the changes you want to the stadium but until you figure out how to put actual grass on the field your stadium will continue to be a piece.

Awww, what the hell. Ole Miss had an awesome year! MUCH, MUCH better than lowly old MSU and their stupid fans on sixpack. Recruiting? Pshhhhht....OM finna skull drag everybody in the conference. They MIGHT even be 2 or so spots higher than MSU when it's over, and by God I hope they let us know about it every day.

Damn the rest of the conference. Freeze went 6-6 and had a mighty impressive Compass Bowl win over Pitt. That's just light years ahead of what Dan Mullen has accomplished, especially in his first year, and geez, I'm just super impressed by it. I can't get over the fact at just how friggin' AWESOME OM was this year. Just awesome, and so much better than State it is beyond comprehension - and congrats on meeting that bar you set every year.

Ole Miss is in the rise and will never, NEVER, NEVER EVER suck balls again.

"Yep, 8-5 is all that will be remembered." - signed, the 8-4 Bulldogs that lost to Fourcade. Nobody remembers that loss.

My apologies for not making the question clear enough for comprehension.

Considering the schedule each of us played, the performance in each game, the number of quality wins we each picked up, the overall records of 7-6 vs. 8-5 being one game apart, the bowl appearance and result for each, the way each team's season progressed, and the result of the rivalry game at the end of the season - which team's results would you prefer?

Apology accepted. It is not difficult to understand how you 17'd up since you had to sit up till after midnight on an early Monday morning on a state message board to write it. You and the guy that was on here early Saturday morning should get together since you have the same interests.

Final answer is more wins and New Year's Day bowl. Every day all day and twice on Sunday. Or in your case Early Monday morning.

Would you rather have less wins, ****** bowl, a plethora of moral victories than win more and wear short sleeves to the New Year party? You can have that **** if that is what you are proud of.

Losing the Egg Bowl hurts- no damn doubt about it. But:

8 wins still > 7 wins
NYD Bowl still > Crappy B'Ham bowl

Take a longer one please, for our betterment. NOBODY WANTS YOU AROUND, DIRT!

If only had more time to chat with all of our omu fans about recruiting, same sex marriage, world views.**

I would still take the Gator and 8-5. Would have been better if we had finished better than we did.

Ah, there it is, now it comes down to what time I made a post. In the future I'll try and limit my posts to between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Feel free to tune in everybody.

As for your question on the number of wins, I flat told you y'all were our biggest quality win earlier, alluding to your standing as a BCS conference school, 8-4 regular season record, rival, Gator Bowl appearance, etc. Not even a doubt. Would we rather have as my wins as you did? Absolutely.

But I ask again, the best team you beat was, and correct me if I'm wrong, MTSU? Or maybe one of the four SEC teams who has a new coach this year?

Look man, we went 2-10 last year. There is absolutely no reason for me to not be ecstatic about winning one less game than your team did in your coach's fourth year, and a plethora of moral victories PLUS beating our rival who happens to have more wins and winning our ****** bowl.

I was not trying to take a dig at your school or pat mine on the back. I was just curious about how fans at both schools felt about their season and their rival's season.

I was pointing that out to show where your priorities are as far as post time. You are a part of the fanbase that says "you would rather beat UM than _____". But when you win the Egg Bowl and then the toilet bowl, you are here after midnight on a rivals board waving the red and blue.

And no. The best team we beat was Tennessee. The Tennessee that was one possession from beating Georgia and lost by a field goal to South Carolina.

Where my priorities are? Maybe I just couldn't sleep. Job well done, as I went right to sleep a few minutes after that post.

So the best team you beat was 5-7? And though you insult our moral victories, it appears it's ok to use those to prop up your best win of the season. This is the same team that also holds wins over two of the teams (Kentucky and Troy) that you beat, though Troy did put up 48 on them. Yay.

Btw, you do know how to reply to something I've said, right? That little reply button, just to the right of edit post, and just to the left of reply with quote.

I'll reply how I see fit on my I Phone thank you. Your concern is noted. Good job on the reply tutorial when you had to edit your post.

And yes. Where your priorities are. On Sixpack. Not on Nafoom discussing penny loafers and slacks, but here.

You think TN is not better than MTSU? Again they were one possession from beating Georgia ( Capitol One Bowl Winners) and South Carolina (Outback Bowl winners)

And don't drag moral victories into this. We beat TN and it was a victory. They are better than Arkansas and Auburn who we also beat. They were 5-7. Big 17n whoop. One regular season victory less than the mighty Rebs. Who apparently had a season that will bring about Cotton Bowl predictions next spring. MTSU was not better than TN.

Ok pretend MSU was changing coaches. Then who is UM's best win after that? By your view... Arkansas and Auburn don't count since they were below .500 and changed coaches.
