you transfer her but since she was getting (over)paid to blow Pigtrino I'm not sure how that would work. He was essentially using state funds to commit adultery. I guess its their state.

They only way he gets fired is if the HR lawyers indicate that hiring the girl while he was having an affair with her broke an actual law and hence the only decision is to let him go. If there is any wiggle room what so ever then he will weather the storm. That is what they are investigating this weekend.

when I started my first jobout of school I remember ourVP providing somesolid advice over drinks after work to "never dip your pen in company ink" and providing some examples offirings over the years for those thathad ignored the golden rule. I'll give the guy credit for framing it up in a way that a group of young bucks fresh out of school could easily understand.
The ticking time bomb in retaining Petrino is it seems like any employee that worked forthe state of Arkansas that has ever been fired foran inappropriate relationship with a subordinate would have a potentialcaseagainst thestate of Arkansas if they were fired, but the rules don't apply to high profile head football coaches.I'm not a lawyer so maybe I am reaching in drawing this conclusion.</p>

termination. There is not a doubt in my mind if you are an attorney for the university that termination offers the least risk and cleanest end to this matter.
If he stays it will be the president, AD, and big money boosters that make it happen. The university attorneys will just be told what is going to happen and to work with whatever decision is handed down to them.

both state employees, both married, both off with the other woman, both run off the road where there doesn't appear to be any reason to run off the road, both likely drunk as skunks, both have some state troopers give them a hand, and both of them apparently get to keep their jobs. IOIYAR!
