Really a very good slate IMHO. A couple, hate to say it, but, potential make/break a season games for this early in October.

Northwestern at Michigan and Indiana at Penn St are very interesting games. Wisconsin at Nebraska as well.
Miles Shuler might play in the Rose Bowl this year, who knows.

Northwestern at Michigan and Indiana at Penn St are very interesting games. Wisconsin at Nebraska as well.

Miles had a 55 yard punt return last week to set up a TD. Northwestern has one of the top defenses in the nation this year. They are the real deal.

• Wisconsin owns Nebraska late.
• Purdue can be Minnesota. The Gophers are not as good as expected.
• Iowa is undefeated,but should have lost to Wisconsin last week. Illinois just finds ways to win, but don't think they can be Iowa at Kinnick.
• We're Indiana's Homecoming opponent next week.

Northwestern has a 1) redshirt frosh at QB 2) sophomore RB who routinely gets 100 yards or more a game and 3) a pretty good D, so they won't be throwing much unless they have to. They might have to against Michigan.

There are 5 games where we will see who the real performers are and who the pretenders are. Unfortunately, the RU game is not one of them.
