Seen a bunch of pundits high on PSU this year who think they have a legitimate shot at the B10 title and in the playoffs either as the champ or 2nd B10 team.

Very fair take:

6. Rutgers (5-7)​

A favorable non-conference slate provides a path to a bowl for the Scarlet Knights. The defense should be solid with seven starters back, but getting to six wins hinges on the development of quarterback Gavin Wimsatt and the offense (17.4 points a game in '22) under new play-caller Kirk Ciarrocca.

4-5 wins is the consensus I’ve seen for RU and I think that’s about right.
