Actually the Rutgers player turned his back in order to avoid a penalty but yes ( OSU) he deserved it since he himself attempted to deliver the blow .

I'm 100% RU but our guys left the punter wide open. I don't think it was a planned punt fake and I do not think Cruickshanks hit was intentional. After the immediate controversy on the field I think both Greg and Ryan did a really good job of being professional in the aftermath.
