His dad shut him down because he was recruited to be Amari Williams 2.0 and run the offense from up top but he was used to set screens and look for put-backs.
The burden is on you to prove that. If it turns out he wasn't hurt then I'll join the hate parade but you have no proof that he didn't reinjure himself. Here's what proof we do have, he played and was incredible off the bat and his draft stock reflected it. Then he played as if he was maybe hurt. He then sat and his draft stock plummeted. Almost as if NBA scouts and GM's had knowledge of a re-injury. We were told as much. But why would NBA brass believe the news and not our fans?
