I may be in the minority, but I blame Pope for this mess! He was a long shot to play anyway, he should have been taken with a steep discount (maybe $500k) and if he plays then it’s just a bonus. Otherwise he makes money and has the opportunity to rehab.

His dad shut him down because he was recruited to be Amari Williams 2.0 and run the offense from up top but he was used to set screens and look for put-backs.
The burden is on you to prove that. If it turns out he wasn't hurt then I'll join the hate parade but you have no proof that he didn't reinjure himself. Here's what proof we do have, he played and was incredible off the bat and his draft stock reflected it. Then he played as if he was maybe hurt. He then sat and his draft stock plummeted.
