Can we SUE the NCAA?

- Season ticket holders have standing, I think

- File a class action lawsuit and invite Rutgers to join.

- File an Emergency Injunction to postpone the Tournament until our case is resolved

- Subpoena the minutes that went into the deliberations that determined who was included and why

- The NCAA process is arbitrary, capricious, and unfair because lesser teams were chosen ahead of us

- Most impartial bracketologists had Rutgers in the tournament

- The NCAA improperly considered a recent injury to a player and our recent swoon as reasons to exclude us.

- Ask the court to add Rutgers to the tournament

Although the process may be arbitrary and capricious, you can’t say lesser teams were picked ahead of us.

They make the list. So obviously we were lower on their list.

That like UConn fans suing Big Ten for inviting Rutgers. Doesn’t matter how you rank teams. The rankings that matter are the selection committee. So obviously they didn’t pick lesser teams in their own eyes.

Al, you’re a moron. Go back to the football board and your lord and savior Emperor Schiano. Let me know when that clown learns how to coach and not be a complete embarrassment.

I'm taking a completely different take here. Half the time I think the guys nuts but this time I really think he's either trying to be funny or totally tongue in cheek.

Made me laugh.

(I hope)

If its a joke it is a total fail, if its serious its a fail…maybe just trolling, but moronic trying to trigger everyone here if he is.

He’s trying to get on message board genius Twitter. Thread should be deleted by the mods but Richie is a PSU grad so probably loves the embarrassment for RU

Come on Al.
You're better than this.

We accept our fate and grow from it.

I would be happy to accept our fate if the process was impartial and fair. In this case, the NCAA tournament selection process has proven to be flawed, resulting in irreparable harm to Rutgers if this result stands. This could adversely affect recruiting going forward. We should not accept results from an inaccurate/flawed process.

- The crux of the issue is this:

The committee improperly weighted our Quad 3 losses while discounting our significant wins, especially our Victory over #1 Seed Purdue. This was reported to be the biggest reason we were excluded. The selection committee should taking into account the totality of our resume, and not cherry-picking data points they think relevant.

We know going in that the process is flawed. It's their dance and we weren't invited.

You think suing them is the answer? It most definitely is not. I think you know this as well.

As I've said in many threads, the answer is to remove any doubt as to whether we belong. When you live on the margin, you can't ***** when you get marginalized.

Look forward to seeing you when football comes around. We can argue over beers.😂😂🍺🍺
