I’m with T-Mobile. Still paying for my kids phones. Bill is high 200$’s. Any of y’all switched to consumer cellular? And if so, are you happy with it?
If you’re happy with TMobile coverage look into Mint Mobile. Same basic service much cheaper price.
I recently switched my wife to Mint Mobile. I did it during their black Friday offering and got a year of unlimited service for 15 a month. I paid $360 all up front and am not getting any bills. She says the service has been great.I’m with T-Mobile. Still paying for my kids phones. Bill is high 200$’s. Any of y’all switched to consumer cellular? And if so, are you happy with it?
Same. We got 3 phones with unlimited service for $90/month. Plus we got really cheap iphones when we jumped over from Verizon.I have Xfinity Mobile and it's been great. It's only beneficial cost wise if you have Xfinity home internet
As someone involved in the technical side of wireless, this is a very broad statement. There are rural areas where some particular carrier is great and others are not, and there are other areas where that carrier is bad and others are good. It all depends on the network a particular carrier has built out. New cell sites are mid-six-figures expensive on top of the ongoing costs which can be pricey as well, so decisions about where a particular carrier deploys their network often have a lot to do with market share and return on investment to make sure that investment is profitable. If one carrier has the best coverage for the areas you tend to frequent, then that's who looks best to you, but that carrier may not be good for someone else's needs. And whatever Billy Bob or Luke Wilson says on national tv commercials doesn't mean anything if it doesn't work for you.Ceasefire doesn’t necessarily have the best coverage in rural MS.
One thing to keep in mind about mint mobile is there is a maximum limit of 10 people in any one group text.Yep I have mint, before that it was TMO. Big fan of Mint although I don't live in Mississippi so I cant speak to coverage. If you liked TMO just use Mint as it's the TMO network with low prioritization

I could tell you several places where Cspire is better than AT&T but I would concur that generally the opposite is true more often.Obviously
As ceasefire is a MS company, some may think it has the best coverage in the state (it’s home territory). I travel the state extensively for work, my work phone is ATT, personal phone ceasefire. I’ve yet to find an area were ceasefire gets a signal, but ATT doesn’t. I have found the opposite though (areas where ATT connects and ceasefire doesn’t).
We’ve stuck with them due to being a MS company and having friends and family who work there, but their cell service seems to be getting worse (or maybe they’re just not keeping up with others).
I may have to look into that. Will my C-Spire iPhone transfer over?I have Xfinity Mobile and it's been great. It's only beneficial cost wise if you have Xfinity home internet
No on Xfinity.I'm curious if you guys with Mint or Xfinity have usable service during State football games. Verizon pretty much craps out about 15 minutes before kickoff as the stands fill up.
There was a couple of lighter attendance games this year where it worked intermittently, but at halftime? Forget it.
Geezer here. I need to invite you over to my house. Throw in my yellow lab’s aroma…..You ever seen a Consumer Cellular standalone store?

I didn't walk in, but I bet it smells like prunes, shìt filled adult diapers, and that weird wet cardboard aroma that's so characteristic of the olds.
That's kind of funny considering that approximately 60-65% of their customers are in the 25-50 year old age range. Maybe those youngsters need to change their kid's diapers before going in to look for a phone. I really don't see a need for a Consumer Cellular physical store. You can do everything online and/or phone, seeing instant pricing when you decide what you want. Very transparent website and upfront costs. You ever seen a Consumer Cellular standalone store?

No experience with consumer cellular or really anything recently, but in the past I've been on Total Wireless (before it was bought by verizon) and had friends on cricket and never had any real issues with being deprioritized. Not sure if that's changed or if it's a bigger deal when you're in metropolitan areas where you are more likeliy to have a lot of traffic on a particular tower, but if it wasn't for a work phone, I'd definitely be rolling with one of the discount carriers.I’m with T-Mobile. 3 lines and internet. Unlimited. How many line do you have? I pay less than that for 4 lines & home internet with Tmobile
This is what I have. $96/ YEAR. But I don't use a lot of data. This is for a 2 GB plan.Look at US Mobile. They have plans that let you directly use all three major carriers' towers.
