Cal was called all of that and did the same witn Tyreke Evans. Stop the sanctimonious bellyaching.I’m still baffled how many on here wanted/wants Oats as head coach. That guy would sell his children for a championship. I want to win but geez, there’s gotta be some integrity inv at some point. This plus the nonchalant way Oats handled continuing to play his player of the year/ accessory to murder Brandon Miller shows me he has absolutely zero integrity or morals. Hard pass on him ever coaching at UK. Everyone can’t be a saint like Barney wants but Oats is just disgraceful
Bediako was ruled ineligible by the NCAA to begin with. He got a court injunction to set aside the NCAA ruling. Alabama chose to play him. Now that he’s ineligible again, Alabama should be punished for using an ineligible player and banned from the NCAAT this year. The easy answer is Alabama should have to forfeit any wins Bediako played in.
I am certainly not saying they deserve a spot. If they earn it, fine, but any games Bediako played in should be forfeited. Those I believe are the NCAA rules.Bediako was ruled ineligible by the NCAA to begin with. He got a court injunction to set aside the NCAA ruling. Alabama chose to play him. And in theory aren’t they a worse team without him since they were trying to find a way for him to play? So, why reward them with a tournament spot?
We're not talking about Duke or UNC hereNo, they vacate the losses they've had since he played, improving their record and thus their seeding.

If they slide them down in seeding, in a way you’d be punishing their opponent as well. How far down do you slide them? This is an extreme example but what if a team earned a 1 seed and then had to play a team in the second round that was actually a 4 or 5 seed.I read an article several days ago in which some of the "talking heads" were basically saying that nothing will happen to Bama due to the legal injunction that stated that there can be no adverse reaction to CB playing. I have to think the NCAA will not do anything to Bama other than maybe slide them down in seeding. The NCAA will be afraid of legal action so this is the best we can hope for. I hope I am wrong.
