Choices, how many millions did Bobbie Massey give up when he chose Ole Miss over Bama?
the top 10 players remaining with at least 15 picks to go I believe. I think the Bama hype would have put him in the first round, just my opinion. I think the difference in money<div>between first round and 2nd round is pretty substantial but I may be mistaken.</div>

and even though he was rated highly by Kiper, it doesnt mean the teams picking had him rated as high, or that they needed him. I think 3 of the last 12 picks were OL- and one of them had shockingly fallen that low...

and there wasn't a whole lot of developing going on under Nutt the last few years. Heck, if Fletcher Cox had went and played at OM with Nutt's staff under Nix and was training under Nutt's S&C program then no way is he a first round pick this year.

Simply not true. Half of the NFL GM's will say "take what you need" half will say "take the best available regardless of position". If a team had needed a RT he would have been picked. However some analysts said playing exclusively RT throughout college would appeal to an NFL team needing one but I disagree. How often does a first round T go from an All-American LT to NFL RT (most notably Orr)? Every year almost. It's not a coincidence. You have to be able to have value outside of your position on offensive line to go that high. Had he gone to Alabama he wouldn't have only played RT the entire time and he would have probably been a lock for first round.
