The Final Deletion is either the greatest thing I have seen in 2016 or the... nope it's the greatest! 2016 match of the year!

Final Deletion directors cut is one of the most outstanding pieces of documentation I have saw all year.

That video should have been entitled: "When you're in the crapper and got nothing to lose..." They are going for it so I guess you have to give them some credit.

Matt has been watching too much Lucha Underground and Anime. Wonder if the budget for this thing finished off TNA's cash reserves.

I agree with Chris Jericho & Mick Foley, #TheFinalDeletion was awesome in every aspect. most entertaining thing every done by TNA, more interesting than anything done in WWE since CM Punk's pipe bomb summer.

the acting by Matt, though... Jesus Christ the acting. I'm not sure if he meant to come across as awful and that was part of the bit or if he's just really that awful. Doesn't matter. Made me cringe. The rest was pretty good though as long as he wasn't talking.
That's what makes it so good its like the first Sharknado movie so awful you have to see it. Of course don't run it in the ground or it will be like parts 2-4.

Nero is Jeff's real middle name. The story line is that the *real* Matt Hardy went off the deep end after he was injured in a kayfabe match.

the gardener giving his son a "wonderful xylophone", the drone attack, the yard art destruction, the summoning with a violin, a swonton bomb attempt 20 ft off a tree, firework artillery assaults, "a dilapidated boat!", 1 yr old's birthday candle used to end the match

just fantastic from start to finish

I love that Jeff completely missed the swanton bomb onto the ladder and even though they could have reshot it they just said f*** it.

So not a great surprise here but Smackdown starts on Tuesday nights on the 19th which means...

Impact goes back to Thursday nights starting July 21.

I haven't watched that segment yet, hope to this evening.

I wonder if this feud was green lit by Billy Corgan since he just bought part of TNA. I guess his money bought TNA a little more time and their wrestlers actually got paychecks.

EDIT:

Didn't even see CoolCat's post in GYERO until after I posted this.

Hall and Nash needing a leader to run this and came up with the greatest of all time.

Hogan and The Outsiders would go on to be the biggest names ever in WCW. No disrespect to Flair and Sting.

No he didn't. We all know what he is about.

Honestly I like the smack down set breaking to the 3 person booth like an ESPN set.

So we get Suplex City versus Chinlock City at Summerslam, that could be good.

Watched Impact, I am not sure if that was the greatest or worst thing I have ever seen, but it was something.
Their viewership was up by 100,000 on Tuesday so that is good

As I mentioned a while back been watching the Monday Night Wars series, Sting was at one time going to be the third man in the NWO, I don't think it would have worked with him.

Watch CWC Bracketology on WWE Network, thank me later. I would watch 15 minutes on every entrant. Really looking forward to this, it is the reason I resubscribed.
Seconded. That's one of the best original shows they've ever done, right up there with (but not higher than) WWE 24 with Seth Rollins. The bits on Rich Swann and Brian Kendrick were outstanding. Still banking on Kota Ibushi vs. Zack Sabre Jr. as the big money match. Mauro and Daniel Bryan are going to kill it on commentary too. This is the kind of thing that Mauro was made for.

One guy they hardly mentioned and everybody's sleeping on for this thing is Cedric Alexander. I follow some guys who are involved with CWF Mid-Atlantic out of the Carolinas and NOVA Pro Wrestling in Virginia, which are the two independent territories that have been using Cedric Alexander the most in 2016. Apparently he's having a year to remember and at least two people have told me to not be surprised if he signs with WWE after this. Thing is, he SUCKED in Ring of Honor, so maybe that was ROH's fault and Jim Cornette doesn't like black people. Yeah, let's go with that.

If any of you post Cruiserweight Classic spoilers on here you're dead.

One more thing: The documentary WWE is working on about Scott Hall is going to be off the hook. There's one of those 20-minute free previews available on the Network right now and in the first 10 minutes of the documentary they cover the incident where Scott Hall was bouncing in a strip club and killed a guy. That's one of those heavy things where you don't know how WWE is going to handle it and they dove right in.

I'd argue that Scott Hall is one of the most important wrestlers of all time, just because of the nWo promo. Not sure anybody could have done those first couple of segments better than he did. We all know Nash would have screwed it up if he was the first guy because he would have tried to be funny and it would have killed the angle from the start. God forbid Sean Waltman do the promo. And I've said this before, Razor threw my favorite punches ever in wrestling.

Thoughts on Brock's UFC fight tonight? I saw on Sportscenter this morning Vegas has Lesnar as an underdog.

Well, I think Brock is definitely going to fight in UFC again. WWE should put the title on him again. But I don't think Brock is going to be doing WWE that frequently.

He's 39 so if he's going to do more I only see 2 more fights in him. But man he is a crazy good, skilled wrestler/fighter and this means the match against the GOAT in Randy Orton will be even bigger.

Brock Lesnar is the greatest.

Can't explain how pumped I am for Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton. I just feel like that contrast in styles will bring something out of Orton we haven't seen before.

Only question remains: Who's the face and who's the heel? I know Brock will be the face in the match. But in the angle? I'd love to see psycho heel Orton come out, or even Legend Killer heel Orton, which remains my favorite version of him.

I would hate for Orton to be a heel in this match. Mostly because he has been heel in almost all his big matches and IMO he works better as a face. Now his character as a bad guy is better but his in ring style fits him as a face.

I hope Brock sells in this one. He's done a ****** job at best this past year.

Now Vince will see him as a prize fighter again (no more Bray/Ambrose/Rollins/ little type matches,, and will most likely blow everyone one away. But Orton is as big of a name as Lesnar and this should be a classic.

Glad to see Brock won, still can't get excited about Orton and Lesnar. How does Brock not win at this point.
He says he wants to fight again for UFC and he has a year and a half left on his WWE contract.

So NXT was awesome this week, the tag match was off the charts.
Looking forward to the Cruiserweight Classic, also not sure why you do Balor vs. Nakamura on a regular NXT show and not a Takeover but I will just sit back and enjoy.

My WAG is that both guys will be on the main roster in two weeks so you can't have them going at Takeover.

I want The Revival to form an alliance with Austin Aries. How awesome would that be?

As long as he doesn't get to put together the TV shows, Eric Bischoff is AWESOME. I absolutely loved his 5 years as Raw GM, by far the best to ever do it during the era of GMs. He just gets it, and my gut tells me he doesn't have to deviate too far from his persona in real life to pull off his heel act.
