Before the end of Ware's career he will start a second hand with title rings. You know why? Because he is one of the few football coaches willing to think outside the box. Ware is adaptable.

Change is not difficult for Ware. Make a linebacker into a QB, go five wide, short passes and let the receiver do the rest, stunt on defense, play cornerbacks three yards off the line, and the list goes on.
