statement... but I think we're pretty close to putting together adecent team. If we can get a playmaker at WR (or two) and keep everyone healthy, I think we're going to compete just fine next year.

With a new GM and coach who know what they're doing, things are going to get better (which is kind of a moot point since they couldn't get much worse).
