Agreed it was just like the KM and Shelby thing that happen a couple years ago. There is no place for it in high school sports I know you get upset and emotions are high but you have to be able to control it. If you can’t control your emotions it could get you in big trouble when you get older.

If one person or kid does something considered wrong, it's one thing. When an entire team does something wrong, that's different.

Agreed. That is one thing I miss about Lloyd he had a discipline team. I played for him and if you did something stupid like that you would be running that big hill at KM the whole practice the next week. Not saying the new coach doesn’t I don’t really know him that well.

you are d@m right you aren't SP. SP has a 61% win percentage over KM all time. Now that you all are professional cheaters in HS football, and you have the casino in town...maybe the mascot should be changed from Mountaineers to the Fugazis.

I think this game will come down to if KM can run the ball. If they can run the ball I believe it will be a close game but if KM can’t run the ball I believe crest wins by several scores. Just like last year I felt confident KM would beat Crest but this year I feel like Crest might have the upper hand but Go Mountaineers. Good luck to all County teams and hope everyone stays healthy.

I didn’t like how our game ended last week and we were on the receiving end but it’s funny how morals and integrity are a thing when Crest is the victim but yall want to brag for doing shady stuff and going after other teams players. He didn't get ejected....the game was over and as I understand he didn't sit out any this year did he? He SHOULD have gotten ejected. We had a whole wall of people watching him be out about on the fifty, throwing his headset and splintering it into 5 pieces, clipboard and whatever else was near. If you can see that action from the stands....I'm sure his language to the refs wasn't rosy. Funny thing too is.....he was pulling a college basketball coach move and complaining about his player being a foot short of the goal line and wanting a magical call or spot to happen.

Keeping Tater between the tackles is your best shot defensively. As good as KM D is if you force him out of the pocket it’s not like most QB’s who panic or tend to thrown across their body. He becomes more dangerous outside. If they can keep him in between the tackles and make him throw off that back foot from pressure you have a better chance of slowing them down. Much easier to type than to do. All the focus is on Tater but #14 on that draw play can be dangerous as well.

KM will run, but will they stick to the run and grind it, instead of trying to work some passes in?
I am wondering if KM will do like Duke did against Florida State in the first half the other week. The rush 3 and drop 8 neutralized the offensive speed advantage a great bit. They could even rush four and drop 7.

I said the same thing yesterday. If KM can pressure with 4 and drop 7 then they have a much better chance. The question has been can you cover all those receivers? The answer is yes when you can drop 7 and still get pressure. I guess time will tell and the clock is ticking. I think KM's offensive mentality will be to run the ball and take their time with the play clock. Long sustained drives that end in 7 keeps Crest offense off the field and the game close. That will also keep the Crest defense on the field since Crest has a tendency to big play teams. DB's for KM cannot be deceived by Tater out in the flats. The first thing young men tend to do is forget assignment football and go to make a play meanwhile the receiver is still sticking to his route leaving him wide open. At the end of the day they are kids and it happens but tonight that cannot happen.
Tonight is going to be interesting. It looks like most people have KM as the underdog with the exception of KM fans. KM players, coaches, and fans knew it was coming down to this game after week 1 of the season. The KM players are extremely focused and dialed in. This is a special group of seniors. Here hoping for a very clean and injury free game. We are ready!
KM has a very good defensive game plan for tonight. Crest hasn’t seen anything defensively like they are going to see tonight and that includes Gaffney. Gaffney’s front seven were too big and Crest qb to advantage of that all night. Gaffney’s arrogance cost them the game.
4 starters out did not help that arrogance either. Look at the Gaffney defense now at full strength. Good lord.

The KM kid was wrong for fighting but by all accounts the kid was definitely provoked continuously by two Charger players who were also wrong for some of the things they were doing to the KM kid. This doesn’t absolve the KM kid of his duty to keep his composure. The KM player who lost it is a preacher’s kid who is a good kid and student. This kid going off surprised everyone. I guess church kids can get fired up too. It’s unfair that you chose to slander him and his family like that with your post. It’s a jv game so the coaches did the right thing by agreeing to call it. It’s football and emotions run high. You bragging about a jv score and KM moved up over 10 jv starters to varsity. Last I can’t believe you have the audacity to bring up transfers lol. Do you really want to go there after the way our kids got recruited prior to the season? Let’s take a step back from the ledge.

Like I said last night the Hypocrisy is at an all time high.

Crest does nothing wrong, the best team ever, find flaws in every team except your own, say you don’t recruit and give out addresses, etc!!! I want to see good games and want CC teams to succeed but you make it hard to want to see Crest win. Go Mounties!!
