Agree, but they may want to try an alternative to acetaminophen for fever reduction if they have a lingering issue like the flu, Covid, etc.
These are discussions that need to occur, but people can't get past the politics of it (like everything else). RFK Jr. is a weird dude, no doubt, but we should look past the messenger and think about the explosion of chronic illness, ADHD, autism, etc. And certainly we should consider the motivations of the pharma companies. I don't see them as evil bad guys, but they do have motivation to sell as much of their products as possible.
The "here's a pill to take" culture in medicine isn't ideal.
The inventor of the Breathalyzer Machine 900 A, to determine the amount of alcohol in your blood , Dr. Greenberg used to sell the license to manufacture his machine for thousands ! Every Police Dept in the USA had to buy one or two !Longevity during the pill culture era is at its all-time high (pills probably shouldn't be the salve for everything, but people take them because they tend to work).
RFK, Jr. carries water for trial lawyers. Not sure a single person in this thread is referencing that some elite trial lawyers filed an acetaminophen causes autism class action lawsuit that was completely obliterated in district court (they might know this, I just saw the posts on this page). It is now before the Second Court of Appeals. The presser and this claim are literally a Hail Mary to save that lawsuit (it won't be saved, but that's a different matter).
The reason that people think there's more autism is because there's far more assessment of personality differences and much lower diagnostic criteria than there was even 30 years ago (there was a lot more crime back then, too, but I digress). The male brain has always seen more variance - good or bad - than the female one, hence the reason many more male children than female children are diagnosed with the condition.
The lawyers who brought this case are the same ones who brought the completely absurd Roundup litigation, in which they conveniently link the single most common type of cancer to Roundup use (more Plaintiffs, go figure).
It's actually somewhat hilarious the autism charge morphed from vaccines to Tylenol. Whatever is convenient for the Plaintiffs' lawyers, I suppose (their issue with vaccines is that there is a strict cap on recoveries which basically compensates for vaccine injuries - rare but not nonexistent - but bars litigation on them). We literally have a big chunk of our culture who now think vaccines (and I'm not talking about the Covid vaccine here) are problematic - positively, I've seen some polling on this and at least it's still a fringe group.

Scientist behind autism study cited by Trump admin paid $150K by plaintiffs suing Tylenol manufacturer
The scientist behind a study linking Tylenol use during pregnancy to increased rates of autism was paid at least $150,000 for expert testimony in a lawsuit against Tylenol’s then-manufacturer.www.scrippsnews.com
I look forward to more information and studies about all of this as it pertains to the Autism.Longevity during the pill culture era is at its all-time high (pills probably shouldn't be the salve for everything, but people take them because they tend to work).

Radical left teachers in Oklahoma? What a clown.
My wife suffered from terrible insomnia for years. She went to a sleep doctor and he suspected ADHD was the cause. Referred her to a psychiatrist and she was prescribed Adderall. It was a game changer. She now sleeps regularly. ADHD takes many forms and manifests very different symptoms between men and women. Most people benefit from meds but some don't.I look forward to more information and studies about all of this as it pertains to the Autism.
I am not really much of a fan of ADHD diagnosis and treatment. I have monkeyed around online with those quizzes online and I technically would qualify for meds here. I know several people that take ADHD meds. They are all convinced they are "disabled" without the meds. Another one of my friends has the shortest attention span of anyone I know. He bounces off the walls while his mind wonders in and out of a variety of topics. It is highly entertaining spending time with him. Great guy. It would never dawn on him to take the ADHD test or seek help for how he is. He has become a self made billionaire.
One of my friends on ADHD meds used to party and gamble all night. He is a pretty successful guy, but he couldn't sleep much. He finally stopped taking the meds and leads a normal life and has regular sleep patterns. I assume the lack of sleep from amphetamines could damage the heart long term.
Ya, I won't claim to be an expert here. Gald it is working for her.My wife suffered from terrible insomnia for years. She went to a sleep doctor and he suspected ADHD was the cause. She exposed herself as a hypocrite and incapable of making tough decisions. Her political career should be over.
She chose Walz because she wanted a straight white guy. Very progressive of her.
Sharyl Attkisson just sent out a story a few days ago that references a simple baby birth in Kansas in 1955 costing $60. Fast forward to today and keeping everything of that environment the same, it would cost $600. Actual price today in Kansas for a simple vaginal no complications birth is over $18,000. We cannot continue this way.Of course that’s what it was designed for. It was built to fail, and to force us into single payer healthcare.
Probably going to work. Group medical premiums going up about 13% on average, from what I’ve seen, this year. It’s been brutal every year since COVID, everyone has been hoping for a down trend, but it’s not happening. And it’s not sustainable. Small-mid size companies are getting hammered year after year.
Yep… just a bunch of crazy, violent right-wingers on J6…..
You commies are morons
So the reason for most local DC Police Departments having 50 % of their forces being on vacation or normal rotational work tours is that THEY KNEW the Feds were on the scene !The actual number as of now is 274 or 275. Now think about this. Of the 6000 J6 protestors approximately 1000 entered the Capitol Building, according to the information I have. Over 25% of the “protestors” running around the building were Feds.
LOL, I'm sure a crappy accountant, no doubt. You can't even answer a simple question: clean extension or 1.5 T more of Schumer/Democrat filth?I was a CFO for 13 years and you make no sense. You actually believe that only MAGA supporters are good accountants! Utterly bizarre.
The stuff some people believe. Reminds me of the 9/11 conspiracies. The actual number as of now is 274 or 275. Now think about this. Thanks Jeff for proving that no apologies will be given from the deranged. I’m sure more will come out and you will bury your head ever deeper in the crap of the Democrat party. How about that in line inflation report today? Time to cut rates since inflation is under control.Th

Deflect, deflect, deflect.

It will take months/years to return people removed illegally by the BCF from various social media platforms !What would MAGA do without old Rob and James Woods. Keep believing nonsense!
The economy is in good shape you said so yourself! No need to cut rates although there will likely be a 25 basis cut in October and possibly 25 more in December. That will be it for rate cuts. I am fine with that just some modest tinkering.
