This is insane. I've been far from a fan of the FDA (although I'm hopeful they are beginning to course correct towards the right direction), and it's possible there are a few drugs/procedures out there that haven't cleared FDA hurdles that would benefit people who need and want them, (I'm a big supporter of the so-called "right to try"). But I want no part of an opaque foreign entity making decisions on what I can and can't/must or must not do in pursuit of my health.
I hope this is a hyperbolic mischaracterization of whatever this bill is.

Advice to the party as a whole - find candidates that are capable of answering the question below without panicking or going on a long diatribe.

It may be coincidence but the FY forecast for real GDP in 2025 is about 1.6%; the 2Q was a robust 3.8% but the 1Q was -0.6%. Core PCE, the Fed's favorite measure of consumer inflation was 2.9% in July, and the Fed wants it closer to 2%. My guess is the Fed will still cut rates again this year, with many forecasts predicting 50 basis points but there is some concern about inflation so the Fed will dither and dather as they usually do about it and then probably cut rates.

For example, Arizona was R plus 6.8 percent in registration last November. It currently sits at R plus 7.4 percent. As a former CFO, you can understand that translates to an additional 33,000 vote advantage for Republicans in 10 months - meaning Arizona is quickly leaving the swing state universe. Florida has gone from R +7.8 to R +10.0 percent in 10 months despite you threatening to move to deep RED MAGA country. Your wife must be a smart woman and her name surely isn't Karen since she has chosen Florida.
