Kid from Reidsville has 1 taunting and 2 unsportsmanlike...still in. I must be missing something. Our kid tossed on 1st offence
Is it me (I haven't watched Maiden play this year) or does it seem like every pass play Maiden receivers go deep? Just curious.

He head butted someone. And the penalties were on someone different and was only 2 not 3 on us
Pick on a thrown prayer to the middle of nowhere. Congrats to Reidsville for having us off our game. Though with our play calling I don't know that you'd needed to. We won't take anything underneath...haven't thrown to Misher, haven't thrown to Sigmon at all our #2 receiver.

Rams offense is bad. Qb not playing good at all. But we still playing the clock.

That's the first drive we put together calling plays to kids we normally call and throw to. And we didn't look deep every play. Blitz or not.
Y'all's defense is excellent...our offense is playing it's worst game and the play calling and delay of games are killing us.

You’re right..24….Reidsville has a fantastic team…which most of us already knew that.
Maiden played their hearts out….Reidsville was just a better team….no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Y’all have studs everywhere. Well coached as always too! Congratulations to your program.
I was proud of how Maiden never gave up all the way to bitter end….our fans too. We will be back next year and years to come…we always do.
Tough loss for that group of seniors but they should hold their heads high….they’ gave us Maiden fans a special 2 seasons playing on Thanksgiving. Daggum it….it felt good too!

Maiden had a good team. I would agree the deep ball against us should be used sparingly unless you can throw it on a rope. That many turnovers will kill any team. Like I said before we kind of thrive on turnovers and a short field if you give us the chance. If it makes you feel any better I don't like our play calling either most of the time. I'm sure we'll meet again though.
The players didn’t quit but seem the coaches did by kicking off deep instead of onside after scoring the TD.
I figure they were playing for a 3 and out and not giving a short field.
Our kicker was having a heck of a time keeping his feet on kick offs too.
Yea Flippen slipped many times when trying to cut as well as both teams running backs
Sometimes when you play really good teams it makes you think your playing your worst game when actually your just playing a really good team...and getting it handed to you
Did anyone notice last night when Reidsville had ball and the ball had been spotted and the ref moved the ball to make it a further 4th down for them...never seen that before

Speaking of the muck….I can’t remember which Reidsville player it was…I think Flippen….tried a double juke on Hall in the open field….and both of ‘em somehow stayed upright….then Hall shoestringed him for the tackle from behind.
That was one heck of an athletic play from both players.
The divot that Hall left on the field looked like one of my hooded 5-irons outta the woods trying to kill a snake!

Too much taunting from Reidsville players during the game. It may not be taught, but it surely is overlooked by the coaching staff. Play the game and shut your mouth!
