Lincolnton played a hell of a game. It was as expected...hard fought down to the last minute. Love y'all's program. Excellent coaching staff. Beautiful night. Nothing like playoff football.

I’m never glad to lose a game but I am glad we came into this one having lost the one a few weeks ago. It is very hard to beat a good team twice in a season.
I said it earlier and it is still true, the Wolves are the best conference team we played this year.

Congrats to Maiden on the win. It was a very good game between two pretty even teams. I hope we can continue this rivalry even if we aren’t in the same conference going forward. I believe the all time series is tied again after tonight.

Seems like a good bit of the impactful players for the Wolves were not seniors, is that correct??
That is correct. Our roster is littered with sophomores and a couple of freshmen. I believe offensively we are losing three senior linemen and running back.
Should be a big year next year if everyone stays there and is healthy, especially since Maiden requested Reidsville to move to 4A.

You got Lincolnton football going again and remember when the boys do big things in the next few years it was your class that got the train rolling.
