Still a lot of rumors going around. I've heard Scott Youngs name. Also heard Chad Griers name From Davidson Day. Who ever started that rumor needs to some attention doubt he leaves Davidson Day. Anyone else got anything. Or do they do what they always do hire within the staff.

Scott Young would be a great hire, any talk on when they would like to make a hire?
I could see Chad Grier looking at other options. A big public school or a football power smaller classification school or a college job. He is the type that likes challenges.
If they got coach young, it would be back to the days of three yards and a cloud of dust war eagle ball. He's great at teaching it, and they usually have the kids to run it.
It would not bother me if they offered the job to Devericks, assuming that he wants it. There would not be a learning period or transition from one system to another like there would probably be if a new coach was brought in from outside and they wanted their own assistants.
I agree. This is not like a college interim. This guy took over and the team didn't miss a beat. The assistant coaches are there and he knows the kids and community. Why are we even suggesting who they would hire until this guy say NO and the job is actually posted.
I still see them pursuing Coach Holcomb from ND or Coach McGee Fromm Reagan. That is if they try to hire anyone . Could see them staying with interim .
