They got Rea's stats wrong because our team stats have him lasted as Rea and as Wes Rea. Excellent attention to detail by the baseball SID.

I also like the comment that Norris is a stalwart at third. So much so that in most games he got pulled for Frost in about the 6th inning. Hopefully that was due to injury and not when healthy he will be a stalwart.

Also he says we return our entire infield even though he lists Pirtle a JUCO at 2nd.

Boom!

5 is probably a little high. I was looking at #8-10 honestly... but we'll take it...

We do return them all. Rea, Frost/Britton (say that out loud), Frazier, Norris/Frost.

Nice. This is the year we gotta get it done in the regular season.....

Must score a host site for a regional and fingers crossed be nice to score a national seed!

Few other observations from this poll. I found it interesting that when you look at the number of regional appearances by State we are definitely in the top tier among the teams who made this poll. Kind of supports our place as a historical power in CB. Sure we haven't won any NC after 30 regional appearances but then neither has Fla State after 50 regionals or Ga Tech after 28. LSU probably has the best ratio having won 6 titles in 25 regional appearances.

I had always thought that the ACC was a strong baseball conference but noticed that the entire ACC has won one CWS and that lone win was by Wake in '55 ... ~ 57 years ago.
