The rule you stated above only states that if a CUSA, Sun Belt, MWC, champion is ranked above an AQ champ in the BCS and in the top 16, they will be awarded a BCS spot. They would essentially steal one of the at large spots, not the Big East's. Only ONE Non AQ Champ can only be taken also. Besides Houston, TCU has the best potential to grab this. I think even if Southern beats Houston (and that's if Houston can get by a very good Tulsa team), then they going to have to somehow jump TCU. I don't see the pollsters ranking USM ahead of TCU after the Hornfrogs have beaten Boise.</span></div>
