I don't know about that, but Possum above had it explained to him what the intent of the post was - "we'll either get him soon or we'll know before too long we didn't get him" and then doubled down on insisting it was indeed a troll post. That's doubling down.
I’m fairly sure we are talking with him about joining for next season. It’s definitely serious and I’d say if he comes back to college it will be Kentucky, just not this season.
Would be perfectly fine with it just being for next season, would be a good pick up either way

The whole "we are Kentucky" thing doesn't matter if the coach doesn't know how to land high school players. Recruiting by the name on the jersey doesn't matter like it used to.

As I said earlier it’s for next season not this season. Pope and staff have plenty of time to make sure he is eligible legitimately and not by some court order. It’s highly likely Dink is a Cat next season. Only way he isn’t is if he lands a true pro contract by then. He is putting up good numbers as of late and any team can sign him NBA wise. I believe he will be at Kentucky next season, a good first piece of incoming players.
BGs agent is Dinks agent and JJ is fairly close to him, add that to Hart having a close coach player relationship with him. This isn’t smoke or a casual conversation, it’s a real push to sign him for NEXT season not this year.

BTW, this "we are KY" attitude is partially why we aren't getting the players we want. That's been Popes attitude at the negotiating table. Newsflash, these kids don't care that we are KY. It's money and minutes. That's all that matters.
Go get talent. Who cares where from. This G league kid is the same age as JJ. If he averages 18 in the G league then I'd say that equates to a very high level high school kid. We have to be wiling to adapt to the times and the times they are a changin.
I just don't wanna be last to the table on these things. If the NCAA can't stop it and this is the new norm then lets go get us some studs.
