I'm with y'all on this. I've thought that exact word when I started researching his record. He looks different in every pic just about. Variety of eyewear and caps and he looks totally different with and without a cap and especially if he's smiling, which doesn't seem that frequent.
It’s on Apple TV plus. Haven’t watched it though.

Pretty sure the 4th pic is just Tommy Tuberville from 20 years ago, and the 5th pic is Jim Ellis from 15 years ago.
This may be a situation like The Prestige, where there are like 4-5 different guys taking turns coaching the baseball team.
Might be why there were so many conflicting media reports….took a long time to get all of them on board with the new potato salad situation.
