I saw a HS coach do this at Memorial Stadium in Jackson before a state championship game once. He gave a big speech about how the field was exactly the same as the one at home. Then he said, "Well, except the goal posts are a few feet narrower." I happend to look over at the kicker. He was a European exchange student and his eyes got big as dinner plates. He was a really good kicker but he missed every kick he tried but one that day. They won anyway. Never pscyhe out your own kicker!
