Reidsville number 7? I have to question these rankings right off the bat.
Surprised me, too. I thought that was a given. On another note, I see our Cleveland County mates, Kings Mountain and Crest are second and third in 3A. AC Reynolds, another team on our schedule, is fifth. Olympic is 23rd in 4A. That is a tough non conference schedule. I do believe the Lions will be better than many think, though.
This will change in a few weeks once everyone transfers.
Last I heard they were bringing in more so I’m just as confused as everyone else of the ranking.
Reidsville is definitely way to low. Should be somewhere in top 3 and a good chase for 1. Clinton and Wallace should be up there but one team out the east is ranked to high in my opinion
I’m sure the legend that is Wizard of the East approves. The East is on top.
What else is there to know besides 9 offensive starters and 8 starters back on defense for the state runner up? Plus a transfer or 2.

I agree James Kenan is too low. The Tigers should be in the conversation in the 2A east. Coach has made quite the turnaround.
Im jealous y’all(Reidsville) can talk about y’all transfers without no one throwing illegal recruiting shade. A couple in county kids and 1 neighboring county kid transfers to Clinton and all a sudden we’re Happy Kuykendahl from Blue Chips LMAO!!!!

Well Whiteville sure got a chance to prove me wrong then. JK should be higher. Also think Northeastern should be higher.

No cupcake schedule honest I think the kids up for the challenge. The Coaching staff is doing a phenomenal job getting them ready. Coach Mott is great coach even better person.
I agree quite a challenge. History not great with Havelock or Hoggard. Should be good for us win or lose as they say

Can’t believe Nash Central didn’t make top 25…they have everdam body coming back. They played y’all better than most in a losing effort 3rd round.

Struggling with Maiden on the list… with all they lost…what was Hughes thinking?…..I will say… they got 26th locked up!

E Duplin and jk lost some important players, but I venture to say they'll both be in the thick of things come Oct. They'll find a way to reload. Downeast teams (dc3+Clinton) gonna make noise this year imoJK and ED lost a ton….like starting from scratch defensively. You sure?

Agree. Reidsville is ranked too low, regardless of the coaching situation. Also, the final score of Reidsville/Maiden last season (Nov. 25) is listed as 35-7. Not that it really matters, but was the final score not 32-7?
Coaching basically the same. Son takes over w Dad on the sidelines. Yal won't miss a beat. And yes, I think yal ranked to low
