I think they are correct in their assessment of that offense. We will need to score 50 to beat them. However, other teams may very well hold that offense in check. We will see.
I don't know how you could make a believable case that Petrino is the second best coach in the league. Meyer and Saban both have two national titles and account for three of the last four. So he is at BEST the third best coach.whatever said:They return 18 starters, and if Petrino isn't the 2nd best coach in the league, he's 3rd. If nothing else, he's the best offensive mind in the league, and they could've easily beaten UF, UGA, and LSU last year.
If you honest to God think that you will have the 1st or 2nd best defensive line in the SEC next year then you are retarded! Bama's DL is sick, Georgia returns a ton of talent, LSU is always strong and Florida is always loaded. McPhee and Cox are awesome but outside of them you are average at best as far as the SEC goes.FlabLoser said:Flip the Mississippi Rebels and the M State Dogs and that's about right. Arky was getting better last year and their QB is phenomenal. LSU and Auburn may be a tossup for 3 & 4.
No way anybody should pick Ole Miss over State. Our OL will be better. Our DL could be the 1st or 2nd best in the SEC. The secondary and linebackers are solid. The QB position has to be better than last year. The WRs are back. Picking MSU last is a lazy pick that says "they're always last and they lost a ball-buster RB".
Meanwhile, the Rebels are losing a ton of talent. And a ton of average talent. And their best WR is a cancer that's not allowed in spring practice.
I could see them getting to 5-3. But you're right about their coach. He's the most overrated coach in the league.Coach34 said:The best UPig does in 2010 is 4-4 in the SEC because of their soft coach and soft defense
