East Montgomery vs North Stanly

Incredible how this has become the No one vs East Montgomery tread. North Stanly Fans get way too quiet. There's a game Friday and I bet You there will be two Teams there, God Willing. Speak up North Fans
North has everyone back healthy they have had a few players bang up since the last East Montgomery game but everyone will be back Friday..

NS has had a good year and an outstanding rb but you NSComet Fan 1975 seem to be the only poster on here. I know they have really good crowds at the games but only one poster seems a little odd. I know gradepro was a big supporter on here but since he disappeared you seem to be the only one. Just seems a little strange, that's all.
I hope for a whale of a game but I'll have to pull for my Biscoe brethren in this one:

The 2 teams were mirror images of each other in the 1st contest. Each team has multiple offensive threats who can take it the distance at anytime. The winner will be the team who has improved the most on defense. I think that will be EM, but their advantage is very , very thin.
I was a student at EM. I always pull for them except for that one game of the year. I've got no ill feeling towards the Eagles. It's just that I pull for who my son plays for.
I also like the quite approach , but it doesnt really matter the approach/mindset message board posters take, its really how the players feel. The EM kids I know are not over confident and know they have a battle tonight.
I also will say emont could come out flat. It was like a super bowl almost last week. But i dont think they will because it was like the belief and confidence grew as the game went on. Almost like hey we can play with them. That needs to carry over tonight imo.
Everybody knew they were coming at WM with both barrels! They always do. Plus they had 2 weeks to prepare? Get outta town! They should have beat WM, but they didn't. The big question is how do they respond? I think it comes down to the 4th qtr! Who can finish the fight?
I dont think coming in they really believed that they could beat wmont. They wanted to belief but deep down. Doubt it. There are decades upon decades of Warrior dominance to make any on the east side to feel that way. I would guess west has won at least 75 % of the all time meetings.
Im not sure about the exact #s , but i believe this group of kids from EM actually had a winning record vs WM in middle school , which I know means nothing, but it does mean they believed they could win. WM has dominated on the HS football field , but I think the middle school w/l record is very close over the past several years, which would lead to belief, plus I hope everyone that competes believes they can win.
