Tarboro...yall had a great run!!! There is a new Sheriff in town..and it looks like his name is Cardinal!!
East has just put up more points on Tarboro than has been scored on them in 14 games the whole season.
To all the haters who talked trash about E Surry and Reidsville, what say you now!
I expected ES to be able to move the ball, but didn't expect ES to handle the Tarboro run game the way they have. I will take my crow medium well please.

Tarboro's being terribly coached all around right now.. no reason why their HC is not chewing them out right now. Too many stupid turnovers.
Tarboro's inability to stop the pass, turnovers, and poor play calling is doing them in tonight.

My Vikings have beaten a lot of teams like this. If you can give the beating, you can’t be bitter about getting one. Cardinals showed up. Can’t wait for next year.
I still think I saw the 1963 game listed as a State Championship on the NCHSAA website. could be wrong. Someone can look it up, I can't find it right now. but I may be wrong.
