You're confusing my saying, "That's not necessary to make the arrest" with "I feel sorry for the perp." Or perhaps with, "F tha po-lice." I don't feel sorry for her. I made that clear multiple times but I can only lead you horses to words, I can't make you read.Beav you are such a lib, I have no problem with cops beating any human that has pulled a knife on people. Beat her *** until she does what she is told to do. She resisted and got what was coming.
*Once again* I don't have a problem with cops. The last few times I've been pulled over, I've gotten a warning because I'm all, "Yes sir, no sir, thank you sir, sorry sir" about it. I also had the benefit of being raised and schooled by people who taught me how to do that, and I have the benefit of a psych degree that tells me how to make people feel more at ease and to assure them that I'm not a threat. A lot of other people don't have that, a lot of people are scared shitless of cops and they start getting arrested and they panic. Once panic sets in, it's basically like handling an animal. Words and "lawful orders" are out the window, you can talk but they don't process what you're saying. You start hurting the animal, you're probably just going to make it panic more.
Let's have this statement for the umpteenth time: Cops don't determine guilt and give out the punishment, a judge does. That's how it's written. For how much you guys love to wave around a certain amendment in other debates, you seem to forget about what the documents say about people's rights when accused of a crime. It doesn't go, "If you get the cops called on you, you did it and they get to bust you up to teach you a lesson." You don't have to like the rules, but those are the rules.
I'm assuming she no longer had the knife available to her when the cops contacted her or they probably would have drawn their weapons on her. I get that she's a nut, that's neither here nor there. If you have video evidence to the contrary, this would be the part where you state when in the video that can be seen.
