ED beating Jacksonville was huge last week. If WRH can beat Havelock Friday it will say a lot about just how good the top of this conference is. I also expect Clinton to handle business in a close one at NS Jax.

Clinton. Bad blood brings out emotion and they settle down on one offense and do it well

G boro.hope they are as good as the fan thinks they are would be great to have more competition but for now it's southern Wayne so I can see them getting this one

Jk. Takes a week to improve their scheme and come back swinging
Wallace. Emotional pick here but I think havelock will not be expecting a small school to have the weaponry Wallace does.game starts off with a surprise attack and wallace holds on
Dont know a lot about midway any more and could see rosewood coming out on top of sc. Other than that I can see this week going this way

You lose to Wallace and ED easily. Clinton and JK may get y'all as well. I like the confidence though. Too bad it won't get you far on the sidelines.

When you look at conference standings and the 3rd best record is.....Spring Creek. ;):(

Tough non conference schedule i can see people forgetting about us or looking at pur record and thinking we are down this year....two tough 3A teams and a top 10 2A team....not like we playing nobodys....The standings will work themselves out they always do Spring Creek and Goldsboro will fond there rightful place in the basement

Oh I agree that your non conference schedule has been rough. That post was directed toward Mr. "Goldsboro is gonna wreck havoc on the ECC". Clinton will find their way back towards the top.

I know someone from Goldsboro isn't talking smack and thinking they have a chance against the likes of wallace east duplin or Clinton. He should be focused on spring creek instead

Y'all remember the year Goldsboro was a 3 seed in the playoffs (they had two 1500 yard backs) and ED went in there and trounced them by about three TDs?

Legend has it, that when it's quiet in Wayne County, you can still hear Daniel King dump trucking defenders.



As for Clinton. They appear to be a solid third place team. Clearly not on the level of ED or WRH

i will say this. if Goldsboro truly is not a very good team, they will get exposed in the ECC. they will take some @$$ whippings. that i can guarantee you. especially from WRH, ED, and Clinton. we will all find out very soon if Goldsboro is to be taken seriously.

Bottom line is Goldsboro finishes 4th, maybe 3rd at best. I still say the top 3 teams in the conference are ED, Wallace, and Clinton. Sorry to burst your bubble kiddo. Have a great middle of the row season.

Goldsboro might not finish fourth in conference. WRH/ED/Clinton and everyone else. Not necessarily in that order.

Thats funny. Best back east of 95. He ran the ball 32 times for 200+ yards. 32 carries he should have 400 yards. Wait till you see #3 for WRH. He is the best back you will see this year. Just ask Havelock and Northside. Both have d1 players and he was still the best player on the field easily. Goldsboro=irrelevance

lol Goldsboro got a chance to lay a beat down on everyone in the conf. Y'all sound like some scared lil kids at the park hoping the bully don't show up and take yalls lunch money
