I think and I may be wrong that the list at one time existed and is now hidden by the CIA and the majority of people are Democrats and wealthy businessmen who are implicated.
Trump is not on that list.

Rep Massie has now stated that John Paulson, who is a billionaire GOP donor, was in Epstein's black book. Would help explain part of why Trump/Johnson have fought to keep it from all being released.
(Disclaimer: I am not trying to make this partisan, it wouldn't surprise me if some major Dem donors are in it as well)
(Second disclaimer: I've said this before, but just because someone was a financial client, doesn't necessarily mean they were directly paying for the trafficking of children which honestly is likely why it hadn't been released previously, a lot of people are going to be stained by their name on a list that truly may not have done anything wrong).

I mainly just think it’s humorous that people who have followed Trump for years and think he wouldn’t have been screaming that fact from the rooftops every time it’s brought up. Like, Trump is not exactly tight lipped. That’s one of the things MAGA loves about him. And for years MAGA has been pushing on the Epstein storyline (understandably), and so it just humors me.

I don't think it matters one way or another. I think Mike Johnson walked back his claims in the past couple of days.

I haven't seen his explanation. Maybe he misspoke? Don't really care enough to figure it out because it is irrelevant. I did find it interesting though. Trump probably had run ins with the mob when working deals in NYC so him being some kind of informant would not surprise me. And i could see why he wouldn't want that to get out. Anyway, just a plot twist, nothing that changes the story.
But we have had several people come out and say Trump did nothing wrong. And that is what irks you. You had people like Boone frothing at the mouth, and there is just no evidence there. On to the next irrational reason to hate Trump. You have many.

no actually what irks me is that you went from caring deeply that the epstein list be released, to just not caring at all. Why? Because Trump told you to.

I just don't think Trump is on the list. Democrats had 4 years to release the list and if Trumps name was on it, they would have released it.

TRUMP VINDICATED once again as new documents drop from the House Oversight Committee related to Epstein and the SDNY.
The SDNY didn't have and could not come up with any evidence on Trump of any wrong doing pertaining to Epstein.
The flight logs from Miami and New York, or Miami and New Jersey, are what was made public and what stirred up controversy in the first place throughout the media, and they ran with it.
The SDNY then pursued every person associated, which means everyone, even people just through business dealings, etc., with Epstein, including Trump, and did not and could not come up with any wrongdoing.

well, on your last paragraph, it's already out there that 1. trump was friends with Epstein until 2. Trump kicked him out of Mar a Lago and 3. some of the victims have publicly said trump was not engaged with sex with minors. Hanging out with Epstein is not a crime for either Trump or democrats which might be involved

Just my opinion with NOTHING to back it up... I don't think he was having sex with minors either.
Again, this applies to everyone in those files... and if there's nothing there then release the files... ALL OF THEM. But the fact is that a LOT of Trump folks have been going on and on about releasing the files and all of a sudden... Trump isn't doing it. Why is that? That's a legit question and applies to Biden and company as much as it does to Trump and company. I suspect that there's not enough in these files to convict anyone, but there's plenty there to make a LOT of people look really bad. So by releasing them, whoever does it makes a ton of people really pissed off and yet doesn't provide anything like enough to have them put away... so by releasing them you've just got a ton of really rich people mad at you and nothing in return.

i've seen the argument in your last sentence expressed before...and attributed to Trump. For me, I don't know what everyone expects to get from the Epstein files
I had to read that a couple of times because that was a really good post.
On the campaign trail releasing the files on epstein, jfk, mlk, ufos, roswell, and talking about inventorying the gold in fort knox sounds really good.
The **** show was how the administration and Trump himself handled it afterwards.
The real hard evidence, if it existed, is long gone.
