Every game is won on line of scrimmage. Robbinsville will control the game. Erwin doesn’t like to get hit in the mouth. It’ll be similar to the Mitchell statesville game look for the ville to control the clock and game 21-7
Erwin just scored 30 points on Reynolds...yet you are saying they just score 7 on us? I'm the biggest Knights fan around but that ain't happening..according on who all we gave available on offense Friday, we will score more than 21 also. If we win,I would say 38-35..Its gonna be a shootout I think

What? I think anybody that overlooks Andrews or Murphy this year will go home with an L.
Anyone but Robbinsville. They are clearly head and shoulders above the rest of the SMC this year.

True but you also have a lot more depth. Murphy for various reasons lost 3 starters and another that was projected to be their starting tailback before they even played a regular season snap. That alone is almost impossible to overcome in 1A, then you get two 2 way starters injured on Friday. If they had gotten bad news on #24 you're talking about having to pull a freshman up... Murphy played the 2nd half with hardly any seniors out there, 2 on O and 4 on D.

I wouldn’t go that far with Robbinsville. I watched the Hayesville stream and no doubt they have a good team. 40 man roster with quality backups in several positions. Their strength appeared to be the O and D lines. 50, 56, and 88 on the D line will make it hard on running teams. It was hard to gauge the LB’S with the d line making so many plays. The secondary is their weakness. This week will be a good test but Erwin will have their hands full blocking those boys up front.
I know he's faithful to his school and rightly so.. but I think if I was Yousef,I would turn in my black and gold and head to Gainesville..he possibly risking thousands upon thousands of dollars.
Hard to guage this team without everyone healthy. I hope we are healed by seasons end. As long as I have followed Robbinsville football, their weaknesses has been the secondary. I will say this about them in years past: they bend alot but normally don't break.
Not sure who all these injuries are you keep talking about. Yes hooper is now banged up. Looking at the roster and comparing to who did play Friday night the only other starter looked to be missing was the lineman Phillips. They put Rattler in his place, can’t be a massive blow there. The senior fullback didn’t play but you had Williams. That may be a up grade or at least a wash.

Yep lol. Robbinsville is in great shaping considering players some other schools lost for various reasons. Don’t let them fool you.
Swains team is the most concerning. Andrews took them to the woodshed. It was worse than what the score indicated. Andrews was able to run at will on them. I don’t even think Wilson had a negative yardage play. Bad thing is, other than Robbinsville, Swain is the team I like to watch the most. Ground and pound and very tough defense. But these past couple of years it’s nowhere close to the Swain teams from 8-10 years ago.
1A teams better not forget the fact the Mountain Heritage will also be 1A next year. IMO they are a top notch program every year. If it wasnt for Shelby/Reidsville they wouldve won a couple titles at least.
Also to note, if you dont have the horses up front, it really doesnt matter what you try to do on offense. Not gonna happen.
