Thanks. As an FYI to those still worried about whether they can watch it or not...
I can confirm that I am unable to use the WatchESPN app since I'm not a Comcast TV customer. However, I just went to ESPN3 on my home PC and I can watch the live soccer matches since I'm a Comcast internet customer. As far as I'm concerned, that's proof that anyone with approved ISPs should be able to pull up the game on Sat night online.
Would you prefer it not be viewable at all? Because that's the alternative. This isn't an SEC game, as far as TV goes. It's a Sun Belt game. Not a lot of Sun Belt games on actual TV.
This isn't an inconvenience. This is a way to watch a game that would otherwise not be televised.

Correct. Just be sure you know your Comcast login. Best to try and login now if you haven't done it before.Ok so if a am a xfinity customer and have an Xbox I should be able to put the game on one tv (the one with Xbox) and have a couple of iPads going with ESPN3 and I am set.
If I am reading this correctly, they need to clarify that if you have Comcast TV service only - you won't be able to watch it. You need to have Comcast internet or any of the other approved ISP's to be able to watch the game - which to me is ridiculous.Mississippi residents with Metrocast, Comcast, DirectTV or Dish Network will NOT be able to watch the game via ESPN3.com.
This line confuses the **** out of me...

You only need an approved internet service for ESPN3.
WatchESPN - you need an approved TV service where you get ESPN already on your TV and your TV service provides WatchESPN.
