This should be very good game. Fairmont will have trouble with SC off. Other hand Sc will have trouble with Fairmont Off.
I don't think SC play per play can stop Fairmont's high power off.
Fairmont defense is week on either corner covering sweeps vs WC. Edge goes to Fairmont very close.

It's definitely no secret what each will do. Fairmont going to put the ball in the air and Stallions are going to pound it right at them. Should be an exciting game!

I just don't think SC can completely stop the pass game of Fairmont but that being said, I don't think Fairmont can stop the run game of SC. SC has some pretty explosive RBs and a versatile QB that plays on both sides of the ball very well. Fairmont has an outstanding QB and recievers that produce. Gonna come down to turnovers I believe. Big plays on defense could win this game. Its no secret that both teams will score. I think big plays on D decide this one. SC by 1 TD.

I agree Wing, hopefully South can come up with some big stops or a turnover or two. There has got to be pressure put on the qb or he will just light you up all night with that receiver they have. Who knows, extra points may play a key role in this game.

We couldn't get to Caulder last year and you see what happened. Stallions D line is MUCH more conditioned and a heck of a lot stronger than the last 2 years. He'll feel pressure.

Agree with all of you guys Souths front seven is gonna give Caulder all the pressure he wants and more. South will take this one in a close and hard fought game. I think the stallions running game will wear down fairmont a defense and keep our defense fresh with long drives.

Typically in high school I will take a strong running team over a strong passing team since less can go wrong with the run. However, Fairmont is much better than the passing attacks that our area teams usually see. Caulder is a key. If he shows the patience and extends plays like he did against Whiteville he is hard to stop. The other part of the equation is will his receivers make all the catches? If South Columbus doesn't stop South Columbus, I don't think Fairmont will. Winning the turnover battle will go a long way in determining winner. I have no idea who will win, but it should be a great game.
