Shelby becomes a running team.
Qb Lee comes back to run offense rest of way...Shelby 226 rushing, 221 passing great balance...Brookes 142 yrds rushing..

Probably the sloppiest we've played all year on the offensive side ... Two trips inside the seven with zero points... Bad snaps , etc! Just shows they are a daggum good team though to still put up 34 on a scrappy bunch from Carver ....

Very good defensive effort tonight ... They played lights out second half until the subs came in... Good win on to Mt Pleasant

Nice win. Carver is a decent team. Looks like they handled Carver pretty easy.

I think refs were terrible, it kept game out of sync...
But i agree sloppy on offense, Lee came back Tue. To practice but sure alot of rust...

Running the ball like that helps out the defense a lot. I hope Lee gets better, but it would probably be safer to stick with the run for the next couple of weeks. The penalties have been an issue for us all season. I'm afraid in the next couple of weeks we will play a team that will make us pay for that.
