This is garbage.
I don't LOL much, but LOL!!! Three losses to AA and Jordan STILL remains atop the ranking???. I said it when the last ranking came out, matches are not decided based on paper ranking formulas. It's done on the mat. AA stood proudly atop the podium representing Rutgers University. Take that WrestleStat with your janky ranking system and stuff it!
I think their algorithm goes back 8 years, lol. I love the site for the functionality of it's database just to look up basic info. I think they do themselves a disservice w an algorithm that goes back so far that it almost negates results from the current season . It brings criticisms that it could without as the site is amazing on so many other levels..
8 years!! If it's results fly in the face of reality as in this case the algorithm is fatally flawed .
[laughing] OK if you want to be taken seriously, you need to put more weight on current events than past accomplishments. You tech guys should be able to reconfigure your site for that. Results like this cause people to not trust or use your site. i.e. it's simply not smart business.
Kudos to the algorithm. If AA wants to be #1 he needs to beat the #2 guy 11, maybe 12 times.
Ashnault could win the Hodge and this site would still have him behind Jordan lol!
I'm sure Anthony will happily take the national championship over the top wrestlestat ranking
