Who are some of these boosters and how rich are they? I can name several LSU boosters but our "cigar boys" are apparently in some witness protection program.

Hassle Franklin. Was the only one. After him, it’s a guy who delivers chord wood, and a lady who was married to a man who’s father invented a boll weevil trap.

You really can’t do much worse than this. He went 2-10 last year and improved 3 games to a pathetic 5-7. In addition we gave up a big lead in the UT game, and a near miracle comeback to an average Texas team. I don’t care if a miracle happens and we somehow win the egg bowl. I want this man packing his bags.

4th and 4 on your own 20 with a whole 12:00 mins left, down 11 and you go for it? That should have been the last straw. The average 10 year old playing Madden/NCAA doesn’t make that mistake. That should have been it for Lebby

Remember that comment he made years ago about us? He would never come here

I can’t remember the exact quote but he basically called Mississippi State a nobody. I think Mullen was coaching state when he said this

Jimbo would be a huge upgrade over Lebby. Except for his last 2 years at A&M where he was struggling with his mental health, he's been outstanding throughout his career.
Another 17’ing dumbass insider. Jimbo was on the brink of being fired by FSU only to con his way into the most lucrative contract in college football.

It's actually hilarious to see you chucklefucks go week to week from Kiffin is leaving, Lebby sucks, Lebby is SEC COY if we had a decent schedule and had the dang ole Bears schedule with Oklahoma who just beat Bama in Tuscaloosa. Jans is going to figure it out, Jans sucks, Jans is great, Shapen needs to start, Taylor needs to start. Offense sucks, defense sucks, hell who knows at this point? Probably best to blame John Cohen, amirite?

But , but, but, it's only his 2nd year and he's still learning on the job. We're only paying him a measley $4 million a year to call 6 straight QB runs inside the 10yd line. We'd have to pay much more to get a RB up the middle call or heaven forbid we couldn't afford a pass play call I'm sure. Give the young man a break! *************
Truth be told sadly trust me I’m as angry as you at this 17ery that went down. No really good recruits or not many at least are going to want to play for him after watching this debacle. I remember when we used to out recruit OM now those days are gone and something must be done now at the coaching position. Damn sure need to get rid of the DC asap. Our players just don’t seem coached right. They don’t got that intensity and passion I see elsewhere it seems anymore. Now I hear fcking Brenen Thompson is injured or I thought I did. They said it on TV towards the end of the game

I know that we're almost certainly bringing him back for 2026 and I accept it, but does anyone really think we won't be firing him a year from now?
I hope the hell we do. Unless he does something majestic but how can that happen with B- talent at best and if he can’t coach them any better than he has been then we are 17 ed. So yea we’re 17ed

I was 95% convinced Lebby was the right guy.

He’s proven to be Croom 2.0, possibly Moorhead 2.0.

He’s a career coordinator and he’s proven it. Nothing wrong with that, but hopefully our administration realizes it by this time next year and moves on.

Our players somehow haven’t quit but they’ve been put in a position to fail.
Really why should we wait till next year if this statement is true? He needs to be gone 11/28 after OM skull drags us. And yes I'll be in my loge seats to watch it!

I know one but Keenum pushes his buttons so unless Keenum wants Lebby gone nothing will happen.

Keenum doesn’t realize change needs to be made until somebody drags him out of his car at the gas pump and lets him know.
But this week is the week when Keenun gives his whole egg bowl speech that never works .

If we get throttled like we did in Croom's last Egg Bowl, this situation may solve itself. I don't want it to go down that way, but after watching the games yesterday, that's what it looks like we are slouching toward.

You mean be an actual head coach instead of a coordinator that wants to have the title? Novel idea!
I’d rather him keep the title and do it under a head coach somewhere else. Some guy willing to babysit his decision-making processes at all times. You know, to rein him in and say “No dumass, we’re on our own 12, down 11 with plenty time, Punt!!”

I’ll be in town for Thanksgiving and actually almost pulled the trigger on Egg Bowl tickets earlier this week, but goddam… after last night, I don’t think I can justify spending a few hundred bucks to watch Ole Miss skulldrag us for 3 quarters (I say 3 because I think we’ll be competitive for the first quarter, then just fall apart).

We had improved overall. The biggest problem is that we have gone backwards from that improvement. Our biggest problem is our offensive and defensive linemen. We should never have back-to-back snap penalties on our starting offensive tackle.

I know everybody is looking for a coach this go-round, but I'm afraid we'll keep regressing if we keep the same staff.

This…..👆…….this was my last straw
Mine, too. Game over...even without the pick 6, Missouri likely scores a TD and effectively seals the deal. Up to that point, we were still in the game. That one terrible, undefendable decision meant game end. If it had been 4th and 1 foot, you still punt the ball in that situation.

Ticket sales were really bad going into this season. With what we have coming back (or lack thereof) what will ticket sales be like next season?
If anyone is looking to upgrade your location for good future times, it will be the year to do it.

I have been watching football for 60 years. Never in my life have I ever seen a coach go for it on 4th down from their own 20 yard line, at any level, be it Pee Wee, Jr high, High school, college, whatever, unless they were behind with time was running out. Just astounding incompetence.

Jackie went for ot once on his own 29. Against Tulane, first drive of the game. He was pissed they didnt get the first down, so he went for it on 4th and 1.

They converted, but I stayed pissed for a while.
