This was the logo:
Put revenue sports under the control of the athletic dept. and non-revenue sports under the school's management. Revenue sports can maintain their conference affiliation, and the not revenue can play in regional conferences as most have for decades.
A good point I hadn’t previously considered. But I’m an old fart who prefers regionality in football, as well.
"College" foorball is dead as it existed. Now its all about money and "chasing the bag" as Prime says.
