My boys in the ATL are getting it done this year. I think they are better without Joe Johnson and Marvin Williams. Great defense....great shooters all over the place. Korver and Stevenson didn't even play.

We're much better this year.

We don't have to watch the ol Joe Iso fiddy times a game. We play good, tough, team D. Move the ball around to the open shooters. Which we have a **** ton of. Lou Williams, Korver, Stevenson, D Harris, A Morrow, Teague. Like always, Zaza gives us that tough presence off the bench. As long as JSmoove don't settle for the 18 ft jumper more than 5x's a game, we should be tough to deal with.

Good win @ Memphis last night. Winning @Memphis & @ OK City already this year, shows what this Hawks team is capable of. Got @ Miami in a couple of days.

I think we're really going to like having Danny Ferry as our GM.

You can thank Rick Sund, Danny Ferry, and Larry Drew.

There hasn't been a managerial mistake in a few years now and Larry Drew is clearly a solid coach.

The Hawks ran a good offense..

Noticed they were able to get the Grizz to switch on a lot of occasions, leaving Rudy to guard Horford. That's just not fair.

In the Grizz losses this year, they have gotten destroyed by the other teams offensive rebounding. The Hawks managed 14, and there was a game vs Denver earlier in the year in which they gave up 21.

I have cautious optimism, but it's a long season, and also, it's still Hawks basketball.

Agree minus Sund. Ferry and Drew should get all the praise. Drew needs a new contract ASAP. Big game against the Heat tonight.
