Great article from today's Richmond paper about Juan Thornhill from Altavista -

Thornhill and company took two state football titles from Essex and knocked the Trojans out in basketball as well - I observed all three...sadly ha.

1A (and old Group A) stars doing well at VT, UVA, Liberty, Tennessee, etc.

That run of titles in football and basketball was amazing. His dunks his senior year in the title ended up on Sportscenter and from everyone I spoke to at Alta Vista, he was an all-around amazing kid.
